Who I Am
Hi! I'm Danielle, I'm so glad you found me!
As a birth equity and public health advocate, I have worked as a full-spectrum doula across 4 states over 14 years. I currently offer doula support and consulting services across the Bay Area. I love working with families in the transition to parenthood and offer personalized education, support, and care for births of any trimester.

I am currently working on projects related to the Medi-Cal Doula Benefit Implementation in California through my consulting work.

Public Health Researcher and Doula Workforce Consultant
With over 15 years of experience in health equity programming, community-engaged research, curriculum development, dynamic facilitation, small business management, and direct client service as a doula, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my work.

I am dedicated to solving urgent public health challenges. Whether supporting doula workforce development, guiding leadership on strategy and planning for start-ups and community-based organizations, leading trainings, or coaching on cross-cultural communication and building inclusive organizations, my approach centers on solutions that prioritize those we serve. My expertise in public health and reproductive justice, coupled with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, informs my work.

In May 2023, I earned my Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley, further enhancing my leadership skills and knowledge of healthcare policy and systems of care.
Refuge Healing Circles
In addition to my project based work and doula offerings, I am co-creating healing space with Refuge Healing Circles. We aim to provide circles, classes, and retreats for you to connect with yourself, move through your grief, mother your inner family, and invest in your growth, transformation, and healing.
