What is a Transition Companion?

Honoring Transitions, Holding Space
Life offers us many thresholds—moments of transformation, loss, aging, and reflection. Just as I offer guidance and care during birth, I also support individuals and families through life’s other profound transitions.

My companionship services are rooted in presence, compassion, and deep listening. I walk alongside people navigating:
-
End-of-Life Planning & Vigil Support
Whether you're thinking ahead, actively facing the end of life, or caring for a dying loved one, I offer calm, grounded support. Together, we can talk through legacy, wishes, and meaning—creating space for dignity, clarity, and peace. -
Grief & Loss Support
Grief isn’t linear. I provide one-on-one sessions and small-group spaces where grief is welcomed, held, and understood. Whether your loss is recent or decades old, we’ll honor what’s been lost and tend to the unfolding path ahead. -
Support Around Aging & Life Review
As we age, many of us seek to reflect on the lives we've lived, the relationships we've built, and the wisdom we carry. These sessions create gentle, affirming space for storytelling, healing, and legacy work.
Who Is This For?
These services are for anyone feeling the weight of change—elders, caregivers, adult children, or individuals confronting their mortality or mourning others. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk with us.

How It Works
We begin with a free consultation to understand your needs. Sessions can be in person (Bay Area) or virtual. I offer single sessions, ongoing companionship, and custom ceremony or ritual design when appropriate.
